The joint report by the Organization for Security and Co-operation (OSCE) and the think tank adelphi engages with the regional climate security challenges for South-Eastern Europe. In consultation with governmental bodies, civil society organizations, and academia from the region, the report portrays potential climate-related security risks, shared hotspots, regional challenges, and co-operation opportunities. It aims to identify hotspots, develop and implement risk reduction measures, and conduct a gender analysis. The key is to raise awareness of the link between climate change and security.
